Late ovulation- bad egg quality?

Hello!

I was wondering if any of you have any info or know something about the relationship between late ovulation and poor egg quality. I was just wondering because I have PCOS and I never ovulate around the “normal” time and I wonder if that could be why pregnancy doesn’t happen. Last month I ovulated around CD21 and got pregnant but ended up in chemical. This month I ovulated CD25 and I wonder if the late ovulation can make the egg quality decrease.

I will appreciate any info or experiences.
