I started pregnancy at 140 lbs and I went up to 199 lbs. It took me a while to be in the right mind set to start loosing weight ( healthy minds healthy body ) Iโ€™m currently weighting 150 lbs so Iโ€™m 10 pounds away from my target but I have to celebrate ! Two close friends told my mom that I wasnโ€™t going to loose the weight and that was my body from then on but guess what, those comments pushed me to start my journey :) I count calories, I try to keep it 1500 or below a day. When I go out to eat at a restaurant or party ( itโ€™s not often trust me ) I eat what ever I want. I practice the 80/20 rule. I also fast walk 45 min everyday or at least 5 days a week and try to limit my couch time. Chew gum when Iโ€™m craving sweets and drink sparkling flavoured water when I want Soda.
