Early Leap 4 or Another Growth Spurt?

Anyone else dealing with a major sleep regression right now? FTM here with a happy and EBF 13.5-week-old boy. He’s been sleeping at least 5 hours (often 6-8) for the first chunk of the evening fairly regularly since he was 6 weeks old but, last night, was up every 1-2 hours. With the exception of one of the times, I was able to get him back to sleep after nursing him but he was up again just an hour or so later to eat again. I’m sure my supply is going to have to ramp up again to meet this demand. I head back to work next week so wondering if this could be an early start to leap 4 (and, thus, an even more stressful return-to-work experience) or if it might just be another growth spurt lasting a few days (so maybe he’ll be sleeping better again by next week)? 🤷‍♀️ Ideas & advice appreciated! TIA!

I should mention that with previous growth spurts he would get up to nurse 2-3x/night (not every 1-2 hours) and get right back to sleep.
