Baby acne or rash?

While burping LO today I noticed his cheeks and back looked reddish and had little pimples on it?  A little concerned since he’s never had it till I noticed today

Looks just like my daughters baby acne. I asked her dr about it last week and he said its common around this age and it will go away on its own.
