Bikini/ Brazilian waxes

First timer looking to get a Brazilian or a bikini wax this weekend. Going on vaca next week and will be wearing a bikini most of the time! I’m not sure which one I’m leaning towards. I was thinking just a bikini wax but my question is: will it look odd to my boyfriend or in general if I have a shaven vagina (stubble) but waxed bikini line? Also, am I prone to a break out or sensitivity the first time? Thanks girls!
