Spd band recommendations
28 almost 29 weeks here and my job is a combination of walking, sitting, standing, squatting ect. I am having 7/10 pain when I am moving. I am looking for belly band or bands that have pelvis support recommendations. There are a few on amazon that have good reviews but nothing about SPD. Thanks!
