Good distractions for FTM?

I can’t stop thinking about him getting here but I’m only 33 +1 so I have 7 weeks of waiting to go! I need distractions, ladies! I’m a teacher so I go back to work in about 2 weeks, but until then, I want to do tangible things to get ready for babe. we’ve set up just room, washed the clothes, got a carseat and my post partum care kit is ready. Anything else I can do?? Lol going bananas over here! 🤪

Weeks 33 -35 were the absolute hardest for me emotionally. its like so close yet so far. When my doctor checked my cervix at 36 weeks it gave me a light at the end of the tunnel. I started exercising daily, 30 mins walks 2x a day. And insomnia has been really bad so I try to sleep whenever I can. been watching new shows on Netflix and cooking more often. I just try to be as normal as possible.

Could you do some freezer meals? That’s on my list, and one of the things I probably won’t get done, but you’re way more productive than I am.

Not sure if you are crafty or have a sewing machine but you could make some things for baby. I’m making my own nursing/ car seat covers some swaddle blankets and hats. Maybe if I have time I’ll make some burp cloths. Just an idea!
