Should I try to go to the hospital? 😩 Excruciating pain

I’m 14 weeks pregnant. I’ve had what feels like a UTI for the past month and a half or so. When it started I had 3 1/2 weeks until my next prenatal appointment so I decided to just hold off and they could check at my appointment. Well they told me that I don’t have a UTI, so I was like oh okay I must be crazy. I get extremely strong urges to pee but nothing really comes out, pain when peeing, but now I’ve been having constant pain down there. It feels like I’ve been stabbed in the vagina literally. Its been a couple weeks since my last appointment I was trying to wait until my next one so they could check again but that’s 2 weeks away and I’m in excruciating pain. I’ve tried everything lots of cranberry juice and water no spicy acidic foods. I’m 18 and don’t drive and the people I live with (I don’t have family) refuse to take me to the hospital because it’s “normal” during pregnancy. And nobody will drive me. And I made another post somewhere else and people called me stupid and a bad mom saying I’m putting my baby at risk but it’s kinda hard when I don’t have a ride. But should I try hard to get to the hospital? Is it really that bad during pregnancy?
