Should I try to go to the hospital? šŸ˜© Excruciating pain

Iā€™m 14 weeks pregnant. Iā€™ve had what feels like a UTI for the past month and a half or so. When it started I had 3 1/2 weeks until my next prenatal appointment so I decided to just hold off and they could check at my appointment. Well they told me that I donā€™t have a UTI, so I was like oh okay I must be crazy. I get extremely strong urges to pee but nothing really comes out, pain when peeing, but now Iā€™ve been having constant pain down there. It feels like Iā€™ve been stabbed in the vagina literally. Its been a couple weeks since my last appointment I was trying to wait until my next one so they could check again but thatā€™s 2 weeks away and Iā€™m in excruciating pain. Iā€™ve tried everything lots of cranberry juice and water no spicy acidic foods. Iā€™m 18 and donā€™t drive and the people I live with (I donā€™t have family) refuse to take me to the hospital because itā€™s ā€œnormalā€ during pregnancy. And nobody will drive me. And I made another post somewhere else and people called me stupid and a bad mom saying Iā€™m putting my baby at risk but itā€™s kinda hard when I donā€™t have a ride. But should I try hard to get to the hospital? Is it really that bad during pregnancy?
