Heat rash?

It just started today out of nowhere started getting red patches or tiny bumps all over his body, nose & eyelids could it be heat rash or something else? 
Also he’s had fever so I’ve been giving him Tylenol could it be a reaction to it?! Ty

It’s roseola. My daughter had this few
Months ago. She had high fever for like a week and then when fever broke she got this rash. I’d talk to your pediatrician to make sure but I think that’s what it is

My daughter just had chickenpox that looked exactly like this. Fever of 104.6 for 4 days then the rash for 5 days this is what hers looked like
