Okay so I’m saving up for a new car, and it’s about time for me to finally purchase it. This is going to be my first car that I’ve bought. I currently have the family car that’s been passed down to me, and it’s an automatic. The car that I plan on getting is a Subaru BRZ/Scion FRS. They’re essentially the same thing. If you look at the car, it’s really sporty looking. The only hard decision for me to make is whether I should buy an automatic or a manual. I can drive my boyfriend’s manual alright, but I don’t do it often. I’m really inexperienced with manuals. I get super nervous when I drive his, and I always stall out. But he said if I get a manual as my daily driver, I’ll get used to it. Part of me wants the manual since it’s a sporty car, but the other part wants an automatic so I don’t have to freak out about stalling out. From your experiences, could y’all tell be what you think is best? Automatic or manual? Thanks!!
