Do you have very horrible ultra painful cramps that you feel like you sometimes cant even walk or move at all?!

These pains sometimes feel like an electric shock going up my body and stabbing knives that i have to stand completely still and not move a single bit until i wait a few seconds and its gone.

Yes my periods are 7 days long. The first 2 days i have to stay home and basically do nothing wait for the pain to pass. Heating pads and pain relivers dont do anything for my pain and it hurts to move at all.

I’ve been on the pill for about 7 yrs and while the cramps have gotten 100% better, I still get some that completely take my breath away.

A few times a thought how is it possible to be in this much pain and not be in labour!! I got so sick once that my dad has to take me to hospital, the pain was so intense I was being sick in my hand and having to throw it out the window 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 not my best day!!
