I'm going back to work soon and I have decided to stop pumping, what's the easiest way to let my supply dry up without being in terrible pain?

You have to drop one pumping session every week/ten days

Back off from pumping slowly. Cut one session at a time, so your body can adjust to the decrease in demand. I think I cut a session every few days. It meant there were a few uncomfortable days, but it went smoothly overall.
