Scared of birth

That’s why I’m 33 and just now pregnant. I’ve always had a lifelong fear of pregnancy. In second grade I expressed this to some friends and actually had teachers take me into the hall and ask me why I was thinking this stuff......I am a reader and would read everything, including finding my mothers old maternity books and reading through it, at that young age I understood how much that would hurt, and seeing pictures of it....so anyway. I know things will happen and it’s going to happen whether I like it or not, so guess not really looking for words of encouragement.

Some deliveries are fine and others seem kind of traumatic, but it all ends with having that beautiful baby in my arms. Just who feels the same as me??
