Hey everyone! I’m currently pregnant with my second baby and looking for breastfeeding advice or similar experience.

I tried so hard to nurse my first baby because it was super important to me. But really struggled. We tried for 2 months but he hardly ever latched and when he did he would unlatch after 2 to 3 minutes and would not ever relatch durning that feed. Every time I tried to feed him he would be very difficult to calm down , he would always be upset and cry when I retired to get home to eat and would spend the next hour crying, this would repeat every feed. The lactation consultants didn’t have much advice. I ended up having to exclusively pump for him and he never had the same issue with the bottle.

My question is has anyone gone through anything similar and if so has anyone had problems nursing one baby but able to successfully nurse another ? Hoping to have better luck this time but worried I may have the same experience .
