Severe dizziness while on my period

Okay, so right before my period started i got dizzy, like walls were spinning and the whole room was turning. Thennn on my third day of my period, i was sitting down watching tv and it happened. But my arms went numb and it felt like i was weighed down, id walk and feel like i couldn't walk straight like as if i was drunk but in slow motion, i laid down and my head felt so heavy and when id look around my vision wasnt 100% the walls would look like they were bending and everything, all while my arms were still super numb, and laying there feeling like the bed was slowly turning upside down, what could have caused this? Please help. Im going to the doctors today and scheduling bloodwork because my mom has a thyroid problem and anemia i want to make sure im ok but any ideas what could have happened???
