My son's one month appt is tomorrow, so of course I'll bring this up to the pediatrician, but just wondering if this is typical baby acne? I've noticed it on his face and chest before but never this red until today. Could it be heat rash? He's been in just a onesie all morning and the house is probably at about 74/75 degrees..but it's always so hard to tell if he's too warm. He will feel warm under his clothes, but his legs and arms will feel normal. And then his little hands and feet will be cold. lt's like every part of his body seems to be a different temperature lol
