No yolk sac .

I’m 5 weeks pregnant with my first baby.

Went to the hospital on Tuesday for sharp pains on my left side. Had blood work and an ultrasound done. My levels were normal and they ruled out Ectopic pregnancy. The doctor said that there was no yolk sac visible. I’m stressing out is that normal?
