It’s normal my 7week old had baby acne and its pretty bad. His pediatrician looked it over as well said it’s normal you can see it all over their face head neck arms back. Not to put anything on it leave it be and it will clear up. If you think it’s a rash then maybe it’s something you’re using.

Normal and could be heat rash if it’s hot or something your washing baby/baby clothes with! Their skin is super sensitive
