Dang shots

My LO had her 2 month shots yesterday and she did pretty good after she had them yesterday but starting at 230am she would grunt and cry out a bit in pain but she was sleeping so I didn't want to wake her. This morning around 7am i gave her tylenol before she ate and she slept and it seemed to help but it has worn off and now our LO has puked twice and alot but her temp isn't to high. We called the doctor and waiting to hear back if we should take her in. Anyone else LO getting sick from the shots?
