Arm cramp??
The past day I’ve been having cramping off and on in my left bicep. It kinda feels sore like I received a shot. Anyone else or am I the only one? Also don’t know if I should be concerned. I’m 37 +5 and have so many random aches/pains at this time I feel like I’m falling apart😞
