Red Spotting - 6 weeks pregnant

Im 6 weeks 2 days pregnant and im experiencing some red spotting. It started a couple of days ago and at first it was very light and a pinkinsh color. Now its still pretty light, only really see it when I wipe, but its a brighter red color.

I had a very early term miscarriage just over 4 months ago (didnt even know I was pregnant until I miscarried), after TTC for nearly 2 years. Im pretty nervous about what might be happening to my body right now. Anyone else experiencing this?

Im reading mixed things online. I dont have my next obgyn appointment for 2 weeks, which feels like a lifetime away!
