Baby hasn’t moved in 3 days

I’ve been feeling her kick and move all around for about two months now it was constant and very forceful to the point where you can clearly see it by looking at my stomach but this is day 3 and I haven’t felt anything I’m really starting to worry she has never gone more than 1-2 hours without kicking/moving should I go into the ER to make sure everything is okay??? I don’t want to sound like a hypochondriac I have just been in such fear of losing her this whole pregnancy I’m 6 months along.
