Emotionally Dependent???

I could be hormonal from pregnancy or it could just be lovey dovey syndrome or maybe I have some deeper issues but I cant be away from my SO without being anxious...

I went to Walmart alone today for the first time and was silently panicking the whole time... all I could think was the what if scenarios because he wasnt there.

I cant sleep without him

I dont like to go anywhere or do anything without him

I miss him all day when we're away

In social settings I feel awkward until I'm with him

Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy?????????

I think ... no I definitely know I need to change. 😟
