Infertility symptoms?

Hi everyone! I was just wondering if there are any infertility symptoms. I was on depo for 6 months. Last shot was in January. I have regular periods. I have a problem with BV, currently on antibiotics. I am also anemic. Also have had two C sections and a hemorrhage after c section. Been TTC for a while now, and no luck... Not for sure if I'm not ovulating or what's happening? Just wanted to ask here before going to my doctor.

I've been off depo for two years and haven't had a period until last week when my OBGYN prescribed me Provera. I just finished taking Clomid to make me ovulate. Depo screwed my body up!!!!

Not ovulating, not having a period, hormones out of whack, pelvic pain, etc. there really isn’t exact “symptoms” to tell if you’re infertile or not. 
I was always regular, ovulated, never missed a period, hormones perfect, didn’t really have issues, all my other tests came back perfect etc. and yet my uterus is deformed. Would of never known it was until I had a HSG test that showed it. 
Depo usually does a little damage to the body as with any birth control, it can take a full year for your own body to go back to normal. 
It states that within 10 months of the last shot 50% of women become pregnant. 
Your probably just fine, it’s just your own body going back to not having birth control.
