Month old sleeping too long without eating ?

My baby is just a little over a month old, and I got the ok to let her sleep and not wake for feedings. 
So I no longer set an alarm overnight- I just let her wake me up when she needs me 
But, last night she slept 6 and a half  straight hours ..that’s too long for her right, I mean to go without eating?? What should I do? She will still get enough to eat during the day 🤷🏼‍♀️ should I wake her? Or be happy she sleeps? lol

I wouldn’t worry about it.  It was as 6 and a half last night but could be every 3 tonight.  I would only wake to feed at this point if she’s having trouble gaining weight.  My son would have nights like this and I looked at it as a little blessing for extra sleep. My niece started sleeping through the night at 4 weeks.

When I'll read posts like this I get so jealous. My baby is a month old next week and doesn't sleep longer than two hour stretches EVER. I'd love a 6 hour break.

Our pediatrician told us once he got back to birth weight to not wake for feedings. She said that waking the child will cause them to be super upset and fussy causing them to burn a ton of calories almost making the feed pointless. She said when baby is hungry, they will let you know.

No she’s fine. Let her sleep. Our son was sleeping 6 hour stretches at 5 weeks. He’s 2 now and doing just fine. You’re blessed to have a baby that sleeps and let’s you get your rest. She’ll eat when she wakes up.

Let them sleep all they want at night. Wake during the day for feedings. Don’t let them nap too long during the day, like if they’re sleeping and it’s time for a feeding, wake them up. If they get all their calories during the day, they sleep longer stretches at night.

I would let her sleep, my LO started sleeping through the night around 2 months, he'd just eat all he needed during the day.

Let baby sleep! My pediatrician told us to let our little guy sleep at 2 weeks because he gained all his lost birth weight. Now he’s 20lbs at 6 months, so very healthy! He slept 7+ hours until 3 months when big brother gave him RSV. Then I was having to wake him for breathing treatments and then we hit the 4 month sleep regression. Now that he’s 6 months he just barely started sleeping better. Hopefully it sticks. 🤞🏼
My point is, their sleep patterns change and evolve constantly. Right now, they’re growing constantly. So, your pediatrician feels confident that weight gain and eating are going well, now it’s time to establish good sleep for continued growth.
