If you’re constantly thinking about babies, being pregnant, and taking pregnancy tests, you will dream about them more.
If you’re actively trying to get pregnant, you’re going to have more pregnancy dreams.

I often have dreams about being pregnant, but the two times I actually was, my Father in Law was the one dreaming about it, not knowing either time! The first pregnancy, we told him a few days later, and the second one, we never told him as we lost it early on, but you better believe, I'm waiting for him to tell me about him dreaming of a baby again! Lol

I’ve had dreams from getting a positive test to giving birth with my SO next to me in the hospital. It’s never been a “sign” that I’ll get pregnant or that I am. It’s all just dreams. It’s our subconscious.
