Deployment delivery and needing ideas

This is our first baby. Yesterday my husband found out that for sure he is deploying soon and will miss the birth. We’ve decided that the best thing to do is for me to move in with family for the 3rd trimester, birth, and first weeks of baby’s life so that I’m not alone. I’m not too worried about myself because I’ll have plenty of help and plenty of distractions to keep my mind off of missing him. But I am a little worried about him. He’s usually not emotional about anything but I could tell yesterday he was low and kinda sentimental. Any ideas for how I can cheer him up? I was trying to think of a gift to give when he leaves. Something he can look at when he’s feeling down and bring a smile to his face. He’s a civilian contractor and will be working 100 hours per week so calls and FaceTime aren’t going to be happening much. Any ideas anyone has to make this easy as possible on all 3 of us would be more than welcome! Thanks 🙏🏻
