Meal ideas? Normal size food pieces?

I know this has been asked before, but for those of you who feed your babies actually food would you please share some pics of sample meals? 
Pediatrician said I can give my LO regular food like what we eat. I’m just nervous lol. My LO has 6 teeth already so can probably chew a bit.
I gave LO some riced cauliflower and started gagging and it looks like a little vomit because it smells like vomit. Or maybe just spit up. I don’t know. Are these size pieces normal? What do you guys feed your babies?

Scrambled eggs, cut up berries, cut up waffle

Gagging is completely normal at first. I started out small the first week or so giving my baby finger foods. But now he eats pretty much anything. ❤️

I give my LO whatever I’m eating. I just cut/chop it up for her, but in some suction bowls and let her go to town.

Have done lots of different fruit, scrambled eggs, and pancakes in pieces no bigger than a pinkie finger nail as per doctor orders. Only thing bigger recommended by doctor is a cracker to bite off of. Going to venture into steamed vegetables this week.

Spag Bol is my little girls favourite she does have big pieces but she really good at eating considering she has no teeth. This was her dinner earlier I don’t feed her obviously by the mess she’s makes feeding herself. 😊 i don’t make things for our daughter she just eats whatever we eat as a family. Them pieces look fine to me but if your baby not used to the texture they will gag, maybe add a drop of water so its easier to chew as sometimes when it’s to dry they struggle to eat.
