First period after miscarriage

Sorry I’m not sure what group to post this in. So I had a miscarriage about 7-8 weeks ago. I got my period a few days ago but it has been SOO light and I didn’t have anything cramps. Which even a normal period I have cramps. But after my miscarriage they said I would have a heavy period and really crampy. Just really weird. My friend asked if I was pregnant and I’m kind of scared to take a test honestly 😭 we’ve been pulling out but I know that’s not 100% thoughts?
