Implantation bleeding or period?

My period is 9 days late I was suppose to start August 7th and was lightly cramping a couple days before that and never got my period barely yesterday and today I've been having brown bleeding or discharge (idk what to call it) sometimes and only when I wipe there's not spotting on my panties.. I've been moody, sometimes lightly nauseous I took a pregnancy test this morning and it was negative but my pee was clear because I drank a lot of water the night before.. plz give me your opinions 🤔
