TTC my second his first

So my husband and I just got married this past May. We have talked about having children since we were dating. When we got engaged we figured we would ditch the condoms and if we got pregnant awesome if not no biggie. Well now we are just starting to actively TTC. Honestly I am very new to all of this. My first pregnancy was a oops baby when I was 18. I didn’t think it would actually take effort getting pregnant. I honestly thought that “if it happened once like that do it the same way and poof a baby” I was very wrong 🤦‍♀️
