Advice??

My 15 weeks old hasn’t pooped in 2 almost 3 days. She usually goes at least once a day. She is breast fed and I do supplement with formula a few times a day if needed. What should I do? Any tips?

It’s normal for breastfed babies to go 10-14 days without a bowel movement. Breastmilk is digested well, less waste output. My daughter went to 8 days one time and my pediatrician wasn’t concerned, as long as there was wet diapers and poo didn’t come out in tiny pea sized pebbles.  Just be prepared for some possible blowouts :)

You don't need to do anything, it's completely normal :) right around 12-16 week babies' digestive system becomes more efficient, so they may start pooping less. Even if a baby goes 7-10 days between pooping, the Drs say it's fine. Keep nursing as usual & enjoy the less frequent poopy diapers!
