Literally anyone faking a pregnancy can do one. How thoroughly insulting to any woman that has suffered with fertility issues or lost a baby. 🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻
Sorry. But how dare they. Under any circumstances. Some things you just don’t joke about or fake. Especially as a woman. 
I’d pull her aside and mention to her how many people suffer and how much pain they go through not being able to conceive or carry a baby full term even. Tell her how insensitive and wrong it is. You don’t have to make a scene, but someone needs to have a word... hopefully she’ll learn from this.

My friend did this. She told me she had a miscarriage..she lied to me about having cervical cancer...
She has munchausens and it's ruined my friendship with her. I've been trying to conceive with my partner & he makes up lies about being pregnant.
She has told some unreal lies and i'm gutted. I had to tell her I can't remain friends with her anymore cos the lies hit too close to home 😭

I would ! We had a girl back in high school claim she was pregnant with twins by the high school “ bad boy “ , when he already had a child on the way . After some research we all found her ultrasounds on GOOGLE and called her out the next day . No positive test , no legit doctor , no name on ultrasound ... Say something !
