Progesterone

Trying to wrap my head aroynd my progesterone level at 6 weeks. It's 5.2 I have had NO bleeding or spotting, just mild cramping once in a while. But yet doctor did not put me on any supplements for it.. Would I not bleed or spot with a progesterone this low? I'm so confused and it seems my doctor don't care. I am defiantly seeking another doctor next week. They even dis another lab draw to see if it was correct but never called me back today with results like they told me they would. I even called b4 they closed and talked to nurse and she assured me they would let me know result b4 end of day. Never got a call. Now it's the weekend..
