Anyone experiencing this in their third trimester?

So, I’m taking a moment to relax because as of two/three days ago, I have what feels like a swollen lymph node or cyst on the left side of my vagina (but like deep where the nodes are). While I can’t feel an actual cyst, it’s a concentrated pain in and around my nodes. It hurt a bit and now it’s hard for me to walk.

Has anyone had something like this before? I have a doctors appt on Tuesday but it really hurts to lift my left leg or to put pressure on that leg.

Any advice would be great. Ice doesn’t help. Warm cornpress a little bit. :(
