Teething?

Can diarrhea and a fever be from teething? My baby is 13 months old and he’s been having bad diarrhea since yesterday and now today he has a fever and diarrhea, he has also been very fussy and clingy. Can it be from teething or something else?

I don’t think diarrhea is from teething but they can get a little warm when teething. Most likely a virus of some sort.

Yes my son ran a fever and shit all day long when he was teething they are fussy all day
