Can heat affect Pregnancy test?

I had two test under the seat of my car and they were in there a few days in the summer heat. I took the test this morning, bc I was curious if baby #2 is on  the way...these are the pics. Does anyone know if these could be false positives due to the heat?

I remember last summer there was a batch of the Wal-Mart cheapies giving lots of women false positives. People started complaining and Wal-Mart recalled them or something I think with some excuse about how they had gotten too hot in transit in the summer heat. 
I don't know if that's a real thing or just an excuse they made up. Either way I would test again with some new tests just to be sure.
