Exercise after delivery.....?

How long did you (should I) wait to get back on the exercises routine??

When dr clears you. Usually 6 weeks

I waited 6 weeks before doing heavy cardio. I felt really good at 6 weeks and thought I wouldn’t feel anything but after running for a minute I started having pain in my belly. Don’t try it before 6 weeks regardless of how good you’re feeling.

I started at 4 weeks without a problem. My body was ready.

They told me 6 weeks but I waited till my dr appointment which was at 8 weeks

Six weeks or until your doctor clears you. That doesn’t mean you can’t exercise. You can go on walks with baby if you feel up to it :)
