Lentogest intramuscular progesterone injection

So has anyone else bled after the intramuscular injection, quite a bit then it just stops? I’m sorry but I can’t do the drawing back bit to see if there is blood it’s hard enough to have a needle in your backside. The nurse said it’s fine as you’re sticking a bloody needle in you there can alway be some blood, i pricked my finger with a mixing needle and it proper bled so why would a needle in the butt be any different! Just worrying and wondering if anyone has any experience to share! Tia xx
