Shall I or not?

So I had my 5th baby in Jan 2019 and we had an elective section due to having 3 sections previously. Anyway it took them about 20-25 mins to fish her out as my bladder was in the way and stuck etc etc as they were closing me up they said my uterine wall was extremely thin and that's all that was holding baby in, they could see her through the wall it was that thin and also if I had any further pregnancies it would be very high risk. That's it, that's all the info I recieved. So the question is do I have another baby knowing it will be high risk or not?
