Need some advice on my sick baby!

Yesterday she woke up throwing up, wouldn’t drink her bottle or anything. U til hours after she woke up and then she only ate 3oz when she always eats 6-7oz. Throughout the day she only would drink 3oz but would spit up most of it. She had about 4 wet diapers and alot of poopy diapers. Today she is extremely congested and sneezing like crazy. She will drink 4-5 oz now and has cried all day. Until I call her dr in the morning, someone give me a piece of mind 😭 and tell me what else I could do? I have a cool mist humidifier, suckher nose and have mucus meds. She won’t drink Pedialyte and I’m afraid she will get dehydrated
