Needing advice.. late period

Hi... I’m now 5 days late for my period and I’m starting to get worried. I’m getting little cramps in my stomach at the bottom but still haven’t started

The last time I had sex was 4 weeks ago I was at a party and I was drunk so I don’t know if he finished in me or not and we haven’t spoken since cause we was close friends I think he’s trying to avoid me now.

I took a test and a faint line came up on both but then I had one that came up negative. Would I be too early for it to show or am I just panicking for no reason. I’m very confused right now and can’t talk to my mum about it.
