Morphology and varicocele

Would like your experiences/ opinions before our doctors plan moving forward on Tuesday because Google will be the death of me… husband has a varicocele ( after research of studies and tests we have decided not to move forward with surgery) Initial SA was low across the board with morphology at 3%. Fertile aid was able to improve everything to “normal” except morphology which declined to 1%. Are we looking at IUI or IVF with ICSI (I realize the doctor will tell us this answer in two days but I’m not sure I can last that long)😂 HELP
