HELP MY HAIR GROW !!! PLEASEEE

i’m literally sooooo desperate. 3 years ago i got a balayage. i had really long hair to my butt. in one year i got 3 balayage’s. in the past 2 years i haven’t dyed my hair or nothing. in the past year i completely reduced the heat usage on my hair to probably once or twice every few weeks. my hair now is about down to my bra strap and i feel like it’s been that way the past 2 years :(

since i had to chop off my extremely dead ends. i just want to know if anyone knows any miracles for hair growth lmk asap pleaseee !!!! 😩😩😩 keep in mind i have kind of thin hair at this point. my hair used to be a lot thicker too.
