My heart is too full

So back in December, I left my husband due to drug use, DV, drinking and cheating. Our son was 2 weeks old at the time. Never helped out, was beating me and threatened to kill our son. I tried dating here and there but nothing ever clicked because all the guys I knew couldn’t handle dating a single mom and couldn’t understand that my son comes first. Anyway, my divorce will be finalized in about 6 weeks and (even though it’s new) about two months ago I reconnected with a friend who I eventually caught feelings for. My son and him love each other and it’s amazing. I pretty much decided to give up on love and relationships until I reconnected with him. And I can honestly say, I’ve never been happier in my entire life than I am now
