Pregnant, but still spotting brown?

So I’m pregnant (3 weeks 3 days, very early), but it’s like my implantation spotting is still going on? I had a missed miscarriage at 13 weeks 7 weeks ago, so I’m nervous and scared right now. I started having what I think was implantation bleeding 6 days ago, and a couple of days after that I started seeing veeery faint lines (they have been getting stronger), but the thing is I still have that brown spotting, every day.

Has anyone else experienced something like this, or have any advice? I booked an appointment but it’s not until I’m in week 6...

I really really want this baby to stick 🌈
