REALLY SCARED !

so I posted this yesterday and some lady told me that I have herpes and I’m really scared because I’m 14 I don’t have sex or anything & don’t kiss and I got this bump after peeling my lip and I’m really scared and about to cry because she said that I have herpes and like idk I can’t have herpes like idk she said I have herpes but not a std like I’m confused how , and I googled it and it says herpes is contagious and can’t be cured so am I passing herpes to my little sister when I kiss her or something
