I'd say career services. If you aren't sure if your school has it, where that might be or where to start you can ask one of the desk people in any building and they can probably tell you who you need to talk to.

This may depend on the campus, but my school didn’t have one principal entity that you spoke to about campus jobs. I knew there were cafeteria and library jobs and went to the information sessions/talked to the student coordinators and supervisors to apply for the job. If you live on campus, your RA should have that kind of information as well
