What's wrong w my throat😭

It hurts sooo bad to swallow, you can forget eat bc that hurts too. I'm running a fever and my head is killing me and I'm nauseous...

I got tested for strep, mono, and the flu but it all came back negative? She said she was still leaning toward strep and maybe it was too soon to come back positive so she's sending my test out and I'll know Wednesday...

What do yall think? Have yall ever experienced this?
