Do yall experience full body sweats?

I was wondering if this sounds abnormal. Its really hot outside and i walk short distances to catch the bus or from the bus stop to my destination.

My face doesnt do too much sweating in this case but my neck go down, every part of me pours sweat. My clothes and underwear get soaked through and its embarrassing because i just left the house fresh, clean, dry and smelling good but the 10minute walk to the bus stop has me smelling funky and feeling uncomfortable before i even get to my destination.

I see other ppl walking and some ppl's face would be pouring sweat but otherwise they look dry. I dont even walk fast! Even if im not in the sun, once im not in cold ac or somewhere with a lot of breeze blowing, I pour sweat whiles everyone and their dry selves asks me if im okay.

Does this sound like something i could go to the doctor about? Do u experience anything like this? Anything i could do different (besides buying a car or any other smart reply) or home remedies?
